We know how difficult it can be to find a petsitter who understands your dog -we’ve struggled with this ourselves!
When you have a ‘behavior dog’, a dog who struggles with challenges that not just anyone can be trusted to handle, it really limits your ability to travel. Sometimes boarding your dog at a kennel is not an option, and having a stranger who’s only qualification in pet care is their love of all things furry may not meet your high standards. This is where we come in!
Whether your dog is fearful of new people, difficult to walk due to leash reactivity, or a bit protective of their space, we have the education and experience to help them feel at ease while you are away.
This service is for pet sitting in your home, where your dog is most comfortable. We can simply care for your dog with some basic behavior maintenance included, or add in some formal training and behavior modification to help get them up to speed with whatever skills they need to polish up.
We have had trouble finding reliable pet sitters for our own pets, and understand how frustrating it can be to find someone experinced and trustworthy!
How it works:
Send us an email or text with your location, dates you need us, and a bit about your dog’s behavior
If we can help, we will schedule a quick call to get some info and set up a meet n greet
If you want to include training, we will schedule a Behavior Consultation first
We will come to your home for a meet n greet to learn about your dog’s routine and determine how quickly they will take to us
We may require additional meet n greets, depending on your dog’s comfort level with strangers
Pet sitting in your home includes
Feeding, play, exercise, clean up, enrichment, snuggles, co-existing quietly -whatever your pet desires!
Bringing in mail, watering plants, giving of simple medications, all included!
Training (called Stay & Train) can be added, depending on dates -reach out for more details.
Investment: $130/24hr period
Stay & Train Investment: $175/24hr period
